my favorite part of it was when people would post tirades about the faux social justice warriors ruining the show and the characters (they never actually liked in the first place). kvetch constantly about people calling the fandom hostile toward women, racist and misogynist, and insist that people were seeing things that weren’t there. people would insist that there was no hatred and whoever complained were a bunch of hateful fan-community-ruining cunts, and blamed their whole miserable experience in fan circles on people who they could just ignore instead of harassing anonymously. then, they’d turn around and post threads like the ones below. lol. once or twice i saw an n-word dropped here or there (about angel coulby), but to mods credits, those were usually removed, but not before a few fans could delight in the slur. ah the good old days.on to tonight’s entertainment.
