These two have everything. From pure, true, all consuming love to sexual tension. Now this is sexual tension. Now I have heard some say Arthur has it with other characters too. I don’t see that at all. This is Arthur having sexual tension with someone. This is also Guinevere having sexual tension with her one true love. 

Entirely true. He has no sensuality with anyone else. Not even vaguely. The sensual dance these two do around each other is delish and flawlessly executed in the organic feel of it.
